"Passing the test, not just passing the time."
From a single factory to a multi-industry group
In 1994, as Lao PDR set out to modernise its infrastructure, the Tang Chareon Prestressed Concrete Factory was founded in Champasak Province — supplying the concrete poles and cross-arms that carried power to the nation.
Three decades on, TCR Group is a holding company spanning construction, hospitality, retail and real estate — but the belief that started it all remains: shared responsibility for the future.
- Established 1994 · Headquartered in Pakse, Champasak
- Class IV road & bridge construction qualification
- 12 business units across four sectors

Partner With UsWe are the Bridge.
Connecting people, systems and strategic partnerships to create value that endures — the foundation of everyday life in Laos.
Three decades of building the foundations of Lao life
In 1993, the Government of Lao PDR introduced policies to promote industrial development and infrastructure growth. In response, the Tang Chareon Prestressed Concrete Factory was established in 1994 — becoming a key supplier of concrete poles and cross-arms for state infrastructure projects.
From that single factory in Champasak, TCR expanded into road and bridge construction, buildings, transmission lines, and eventually hospitality, retail and real estate. Today, Tang Chareon (TCR) Group Co., Ltd. is a holding company operating twelve business units across Lao PDR.
We don't just build businesses; we build the systems that sustain everyday life. We don't just pursue change; we drive evolution for the communities we serve.
Our position, promise & vision
Two ideas sit behind the name we give ourselves.
Social Growth
The community's overall improvement beyond economic figures — including well-being, skills, opportunity, social trust and quality of life.
Integrator
A collaborative way of working that aligns shared goals, enabling sustainable growth through capability, trust and coordination rather than control.
Position
We are a holding company committed to developing essential businesses that support fundamental living and long-term progression — through synergy and strategic partnerships.
Promise
"Empowering the everyday, advancing tomorrow." Value we create is measured by human impact, not financial results alone.
Vision
To serve as a societal backbone that integrates essential foundations — uplifting everyday living and enabling long-term societal progress through responsible partnerships.
Our values
The mindset and discipline behind everything we build.
Grow Responsibly
We pursue growth carefully and sustainably, considering the long-term impact on our people, our partners and society. Growth without responsibility is not growth — it is risk.
Work Systematically
We plan clearly, coordinate well and work with discipline to deliver stable, consistent results. Systems create reliability, and reliability builds reputation.
Earn Trust
We earn trust by doing what we promise — with honesty, reliability and professional know-how. Trust is not given; it is built one commitment at a time.
Society Driven
We make decisions with society in mind, aiming to support everyday living and enable long-term progress. Business that does not serve society has no lasting foundation.
"We believe that lasting progress is never achieved alone. It is a collective journey — shaped by shared responsibility, guided by integrity, and sustained by trust."
We are the bridge connecting people, systems and strategic partnerships. We create the bedrock of everyday life — from the infrastructure that shapes our cities to the hotels, shopping destinations and marketplaces that sustain it.
